Sexual Misconduct Reporting Options
Report to the Title IX Coordinator
Any member of the College community may report or file a complaint of sexual misconduct through the Title IX Coordinator or deputies by telephone, email, or in person during regular office hours.
Accordingly, the College encourages impacted individuals to notify the TIX Coordinator. Campus Security may be contacted at any time to provide assistance in contacting local law enforcement
**Simply reporting Sexual Misconduct does not constitute a Formal Complaint**
Report an Incident to Safety and Security
The College encourages all members of the College community to contact Campus Security at any time to seek security assistance.
Report to a Confidential Community Resource
The College encourages members of each campus community to seek the support of community resources as needed. Individuals impacted by sexual misconduct are encouraged to seek appropriate help through available community resources, regardless of whether the individual chooses to formally report the misconduct or whether the incident occurred recently or in the past.
Report to Local Law Enforcement
The College encourages all impacted individuals with concerns about potential criminal conduct to seek assistance from law enforcement immediately.
Local law enforcement agencies do not typically notify the College of reports of criminal activity, so the College will not have notice of criminal incidents, behaviors, or conduct of a sexual nature unless a report is made to the TIX Coordinator.
