Duplicate Diploma Request

Duplicate diplomas will:
  • Be of the same style and signatures as those currently issued to the campus you graduated from.
  • Bear only the name that is legally yours. A name acquired after your graduation must be validated by submitting copies of legally acceptable document(s). (example: Marriage certificate, copy of court order or divorce decree stating name change).
  • Have the official date of your graduation from the campus you attended.
  • Cost $30.00 each.
