Opportunity.

Palmer West has provided me with innumerable opportunities. Alongside the coursework, I was able to be involved with a multitude of extra-curricular activities and create strong relationships with mentors. The friends made throughout the program are long-lasting, and we’ve gotten each other through many tough times. By far my favorite experience was being able to volunteer at open-clinic style health care events and offer care to underserved populations throughout the Bay Area. In the future I look forward to completing research and becoming involved in health policy to find ways to increase access to care for these populations.

Proud.

My experience becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer West has been the most rewarding accomplishment of my life. The long nights of studying, the many hours spent in class and taking exams have finally paid off. I am so excited to get out and into the world and use all of the knowledge that I’ve gained to help people make their lives healthy and happy!

Resilient.

The countless hours in and out of Palmer; the random moments I have failed and failed and realized giving up was never an option. Palmer has provided that type of work ethic that I can display in my future practice: To never give in without a battle.

Commitment.

Palmer’s rigorous coursework couldn’t have been completed without a commitment to the end goal of being a chiropractor. Knowing that hard work and countless hours of effort will lead to a career that will allow me to improve the lives of many people drove me every day at Palmer. Commitment to improving the health of patients will continue to drive me to provide the best care and continue learning throughout my career as a chiropractor.

I’m excited to apply the knowledge and skills that I learned while at Palmer when treating patients and to continue to develop those skills in the coming years. While it’ll l be a change to no longer be a full-time student and to now treat patients full-time, I’m so excited to begin a career and help patients however I can.
