Lisa Killinger, D.C. has taught more than 8,000 students and was recognized for her civil work with an honorary doctorate degree from St. Ambrose University.
Please join the Palmer Center for Chiropractic Research in congratulating our very own Stacie Salsbury, Ph.D., R.N. on being awarded the 2022 American Chiropractic Association's Research of the Year! Dr. Salsbury is the first researcher to be acknowledged with this award who isn't a doctor of chiropractic.
Teri Payton Dexter, B.A, D.C. (Main, ’86), has taught more than 4,500 students during her combined 25 years of teaching technique courses at Palmer College of Chiropractic’s main campus and Palmer Florida. Besides effective technique, she also teaches that success comes from being humble and confident.
Living in constant pain drove Jason to the palmer Florida Clinics, where he’s spent the past two years under the care of Meredith Meyers, D.C. (Florida, ’07), or as he calls her, Doc Meyers.
Dr. Meyers has seen Jason both at high and low points in his care. It was at those low points that Jason was glad he could go see Doc Meyers. “When I’ve come in during my bad episodes, she’s been there to help. I’ve come in here pretty much crawling, and after my adjustments, I’m literally able to walk out with little to no pain. I thank her every chance I can for that.”
During his time here, he’s taught more than 25,000 chiropractors. Dr. Strang, a legend within Palmer and the chiropractic community, retired in March 2021. He leaves behind a legacy of chiropractic philosophy that, by way of the thousands of students he helped shape into chiropractors, has helped an exponential number of people around the world.
