Longtime Davenport campus professor, Gilbert O. Schmiedel, D.C., (Main, ’59), died Saturday, July 29, 2017, at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf, Iowa.

The project also includes a student research training component, the first of its kind at a chiropractic college. Doctor of chiropractic students on Palmer’s Main campus will have an opportunity to obtain hands-on laboratory experience by working with scientists.

Brian DeCesare, a third-quarter student at Palmer College of Chiropractic’s West campus in San Jose, California, was awarded a special $1,000 scholarship from the California Chiropractic Association’s (CCA).
